With Simply Legal the fee you are quoted for the agreed work is the fixed conveyancing fee you pay. No hourly fees. No hidden charges. Once we have provided a written fixed fee conveyancing quote for the agreed work the price will not change. With Simply Legal all conveyancing quotes always include a detailed breakdown of all the fees and costs involved.

We understand that buying or selling your property is costly in itself and therefore we aim to support you with this by proving offering our clients a fixed fee service. Using a fixed fee service can help reduce your conveyancing costs. Right from the outset our clients are advised of the exact costs that will be involved and you will not be surprised with any hidden costs once the conveyancing process ends. We pride ourselves for our transparency which allows our clients to have peace of mind of knowing exactly what they are paying and exactly what this is for.

  • If the property is leasehold or newly-built, then an additional fee of £150 + VAT applies

The Key Stages of the Process 

How long will the process take?

How long it will take from your offer being accepted until you can move into your house will depend on a number of factors. The average process takes between eight to 12 weeks. However, each transaction is different and we will progress matters as swiftly as possible.

Who will be dealing with your matter?

Your property matter will be dealt with by our Head of Conveyancing Suryana Yasin who is a solicitor specialising in property work. Suryana Yasin is supervised by the firms Director Saveeta Kaur.
